Most of our products will ship within 1 to 3 Business Days. Some Special order products will ship within 2 to 5 Business Days. Preorders will be shipped to you on a first come first serve basis as soon as available from the manufacturer. Items that are "Made-to-Order" (Custom order products) will be shipped when fabrication is completed, shipping and delivery times will vary and depend on manufacturing.
Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will have processing and fulfillment times subject to manufacturer availability. 


Shipping Options

There are two shipping options available on our web site for most of our products:

  • Standard Shipping – 2 to 6 Business Days Transit Time, depending on location
  • Expedited Shipping – 1 to 3 Business Days Transit Time, depending on location
  • Note that for some items we offer Standard Shipping only. The available shipping options will be shown after you add a product to your shopping cart and enter your Ship To ZIP code. If you require a faster shipping option, please Contact Us.

    Please note that number of days shown below each shipping option in your Shopping Cart is “In Transit Time” only. It does not include time we require for order verification and processing, and time manufacturers require to build / assemble products, or any applicable lead times or other delays that may impact your order. For time critical orders, please Contact Us prior to purchasing.

    Standard Shipping is free on orders over $25 within the contiguous US.

    Note, exceptions may include unique, or oversized products. These items may have shipping charges noted during the checkout process or we may contact you. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, & Mexico will be a $25 shipping charge plus $1.50 per pound.

    Shipping of Preorders

    We aim to ship Preorders as soon as possible, and in some cases, we are able to ship before the estimated ship date and get orders out faster. However, some delays may occur with manufacturing. Please note that preorders are shipped on a first come first serve basis as soon as available from the manufacturer, the sooner you place your Preorder the sooner your order will ship.

    Freight shipping Policy:

    Orders/Items too large or heavy may require special handling/Shipping and may require to be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.

    What Is Lift Gate Delivery Service ?

    Lift gate service is an additional service that is given by freight carriers when picking up or delivering freight.
    A lift gate delivery service involves a truck equipped with an electric or hydraulic piece of equipment that allows it to lift heavy cargo. The cargo can be either lowered from the truck's bed to the ground or from the ground to the tailgate of the truck. It is an essential feature to have if you don’t have a forklift, access to a loading dock at your facility, or a way to get the product off the truck yourself.


    What should you do if your order is missing?

    If your package was confirmed as delivered by the carrier (Tracking number) but you haven’t received it yet, here are some places to check:

    With your neighbors — the carrier might have dropped off the package at a house or apartment unit nearby for security purposes

    Less visible areas surrounding your home or apartment to prevent theft

    For example, if you live in an apartment in NYC, check the lobby

    If you live in a house in the suburbs, check your side yard or behind shrubbery

    Your door or mailbox for an “attempted package delivery notification” slip from the carrier

    For USPS, the notification slip on your door will let you know that your package is available for pick-up at your local USPS office

    For UPS, the notification slip will let you know that your package is available for pick-up at an affiliated business or Access Point

    What if you’ve tried all of these options, and still can't locate your package?

    Please reach out to us. We will help you file a lost package Claim with the Carrier

    To do this, we will need the following documents:

    Copy of a photo ID (state-issued driver license, passport, or state ID)

    Signed document of non-receipt (we will email you a form to fill out)

    Forward these documents to us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

    We ask that you contact us and submit these documents within 3 business days of the expected delivery date.

    If the tracking information shows your order was never shipped or received you should contact us at , We will either resend the package or offer you a full refund does not refund or replace packages that are labeled as delivered.
