All returns, regardless of their categorization, must include all original parts, be in their original packaging, and in the condition in which they were received (unless otherwise stated below). You may not qualify to receive a refund If the returned item is used, damaged, missing any parts, or is damaged during return shipping.
FactoryDirectSupplyOnline.com will consider return requests for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
A copy of your Return Authorization form must be included with your return shipment to us. If an RA form is not included, this may delay your refund by up to 5 business days.
Please allow 1-3 business days for returns to be processed and 7-10 business days for refunds to post to your account.

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, or missing parts, please contact our Customer Service Department at 954-405-8488 within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will require photos of the damaged product and packaging prior to processing a replacement order. We will issue you a Return Authorization form that must be printed and included with your shipment back to us. Factory Direct Supply will exchange the defective product or issue you a full refund for your purchase upon return.
If you decide that you want to return an item that is not defective within 30 days of delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department at 954-405-8488. We will issue you a Return Authorization form that must be printed and included with your shipment back to us. Factory Direct Supply will issue you store credit or a refund for your purchase upon return. In these cases, there may be a Restocking Fee of 5% to 30% to cover all initial processing and handling fees. You, the customer, are responsible for all return shipping costs.

All of the products that we sell come with a manufacturer's warranty (unless specifically stated on the products page). If the product you purchased is experiencing issues, please give us a call at 954-405-8488 and we can assist you in determining the best course of action to get your tool fixed or replaced under warranty. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, item number and date of purchase when you call.

Freight Shipping and Delivery Policy:
Unless otherwise stated, Standard shipping is free for orders greater than $25.
Orders/Items too large or heavy may require special handling/Shipping and may require to be sent by truck. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. You will be notified within 24 hours of ordering to confirm delivery. Lift gates for deliveries are available for an additional fee.
